Suitable for gasoline ( also with ethanol content ), diesel, fuel oil, biodiesel. Not suitable for viscous oils. safety cut-out attitude valve. Built-in check valve. 2-speed lever latch with removable latch pin EB 280. Body and hose inlet of aluminium. Spout of aluminium, tip of stainless steel. Easy rotating swivel, swivel nut of stainless steel.
ZVA Slimline 2 GR
Automatic nozzle with vapour recovery, fl owrate up to 45 l / min. Working pressure 0,5 up to 3,5 bar. Tempera tur e range - 20° C up to + 55° C. Suitable for all standard gasoline fuels ( also with ethanol content ). Not suitable for pure alcohol, water and solvents. Venturi controlled automatic shut-off with safety cut-out valve. 2-speed lever latch with removable latch pin EB 280.

ZVA AdBlue HV
Automatic nozzle ZVA AdBlue HV, of coated aluminium for heavy vehicle refilling with AdBlue ® urea solution to ISO 22241-1 ( Diesel Exhaust Fluid DEF / AUS 32 / ARLA 32 ) . To avoid misfilling, dispensing is only possible in combination with standard conform magnet adapters as ELAFIX 40 which are incorporated within the filler opening of AdBlue vehicle tanks. Flowrate up to 40 l / min, working pressure 0,5 – 3,5 bar, minimum pump output 20 l / min.
ZVA AdBlue LV
Max. flowrate 10 l/min, recommended flowrate at service stations 4 - 5 l/min. For adjusting the flowra - te see installation and operating manual. Required operating pressure ( at the nozzle / hose connection ) 1,5 – 3,5 bar. Operating temperature range -5° C up to +55° C due to the properties of AdBlue ® . Use at lower temperatures only in conjunction with a suitable heating system within the dispenser.

SG 1" Propeller
: Materials see SG 1", propeller assembly of stainless steel, POM and brass. The propeller assembly is also available as separate spare part EA 655 for easy retrofi tting. N.B. installation only in fl ow direction G 1 (hose side) − G 2 (nozzle side).Version with Propeller : All SG 1" are also available with an integrated propeller to visualize the fl ow. Additional weight + 2,5 g.
SG - COAX
Suitable for ZVA Slimline 2 GR, ZVA Slimline 200 GR (old) or vapour recovery nozzles of other manufacturers. Installation between nozzle body and swivel of hose assembly, application example see overleaf. Body of coated aluminium, sight glass of impact-resistant synthetic glass, vapour hose tail and inner parts of POM. Seals of polyurethane, Viton and NBR.
