ZVA AdBlue HV
Automatic nozzle ZVA AdBlue HV, of coated aluminium for heavy vehicle refilling with AdBlue ® urea solution to ISO 22241-1 ( Diesel Exhaust Fluid DEF / AUS 32 / ARLA 32 ) . To avoid misfilling, dispensing is only possible in combination with standard conform magnet adapters as ELAFIX 40 which are incorporated within the filler opening of AdBlue vehicle tanks. Flowrate up to 40 l / min, working pressure 0,5 – 3,5 bar, minimum pump output 20 l / min.
 

ZVA AdBlue LV
Max. flowrate 10 l/min, recommended flowrate at service stations 4 - 5 l/min. For adjusting the flowra - te see installation and operating manual. Required operating pressure ( at the nozzle / hose connection ) 1,5 – 3,5 bar. Operating temperature range -5° C up to +55° C due to the properties of AdBlue ® . Use at lower temperatures only in conjunction with a suitable heating system within the dispenser.
 

SB325 AUTOMATIC NOZZLES
The new SB325 automatic nozzle features a innovative technopolymer casing, break-away system, and a stainless steel spout. Safety is guaranteed by the break-away system. In the event that a vehicle accidentally drives away with the nozzle still in the tank, the spout is designed to detach from the nozzle. This system also allows for a quick repair by merely fitting a new spout onto the nozzle. Mis-filling Kit Spout: This kit allows you to transform a standard SB325 nozzle into an SB325 mis-filling system by simply fitting a different spout onto the nozzle. This system will prevent a potential mis-fill when the SB325 mis-filling spout is used in conjunction with the magnet in the opening of the tank. The nozzle is also available with a built-in electronic turbine flow meter

Manual nozzles: The manual nozzles are characterized by high efficiency based on their low flow resistance combined with their notable simplicity of use and economical price. Given their characteristics, they find an application on any fuel transfer system, even those that work by gravity. They are equipped with lever protection, including a removable trigger lock, and are available with a variety of threaded connectors and with reduced section spout for unleaded gasoline. The Self 2000 is today still the point of reference in the field of fuel nozzles for manual dispensing. Equipped with a strong aluminum housing with an integrated swivel connector and a hammer-free valve, it functions with low loss of head and is indicated for flow capacities up to 120 l/min. The Self 3000 is manufactured with a resistant aluminum body enclosed in a anti-shock plastic shell that increases the nozzle's ease of handling by making the grip comfortable even when used at low temperatures. The nozzle’s integrated swivel connector, and the hammer-free valve inside it, guarantee a high degree of safety.

Piusi nozzles are all made from materials compatible with Urea. Manual nozzle distinguished by high efficiency, due to the low flow resistance, and inexpensive operation. Automatic nozzle featuring a device that stops the flow when the tank is full. Complete with hose-tail fitting.
